Custom Designed Rings for Baby

Because of the unique ways rings can be customized now they make ideal baby presents for the new little bundle of joy in your life. Baby rings have been a traditional gift, usually they are a simple gold band that the baby will wear only on special occasions. Then as they grow the ring can be worn on a chain when it no longer fits. The tiny baby rings becomes a charm. As a spin on baby rings many jewelers are now customizing them. The world of jewelry customization has really opened up and the methods used have improved a great deal.

Custom designed rings are limited only by the imagination. Fingerprints are a new trend used for customization, the fingerprint is taken and “imprinted” either on the inside of the ring or as the design for the outside. Birth stones can be added to bring color and signify the child, siblings, or parents. A special verse from the bible or a meaningful quote are also nice as a remembrance. The special child who is presented with a baby ring can have it all their life and pass it on to their own child.

So every since my kids were babies my in laws have filled their Easter eggs with money {change to be exact}. As I was searching on Pinterest today I found a blog written by All Things G & D, 20 Candy Free Easter Egg Fillers for Toddlers, also great for babies I think.  My kids love finding Easter at Mama and Papa’s house, because they are all filled with change and other fun items like stickers and Match Box Cars. My kids have never been really big fans of candy, they are very picky about what candy they do eat and the candy at Eater time is never their favorite. So missing out on Easter candy, unless it was a Reese Cup, has never been a really big deal.

This is a picture of some of the eggs filled with quarters!!

My kids always put there money into their piggy banks!!

This could be really fun for babies, filling the eggs with pacifiers, baby socks or tights, a pacifier holder, small travel size lotions and shampoos, wash cloths. I am really looking forward to filling our Easter Eggs this year, and I can’t wait to share what I have learned on a candy free Easter with my other friends and family who would rather not use the candy. On of my favorite places to stock up on small items to fill the eggs would be Target, JoAnn Fabrics, or Hobby Lobby at their dollar section!

Special Photographs

If you are a new Mom  you want to photograph every second of your little’s ones moments. From their first smile to their first step, you are there capturing every moment, as to not ever forget it. Those early years go so quickly and are full of development so it’s fun to look back and see them growing at every age. I always think it’s cute when parents take pictures of their infants every month to see their progress.

Once your baby turns one its fun to do a photo session to showcase their first year. It’s also fun to capture that special moment with Mom in a display like this one. Take a professional photo when baby is born and a year later take one with your big one year old. This is a gift for Mom and your little one, once they are older.
